Eight years ago Larry and Paula walked into my life and it was all laughs and smiles when I found them their perfect condo with outstanding lake views in North Naples. They wanted to be close to the beach (but not too close) and in striking distance of several local shops as Paula has a flair for decorating. We came across a second story condominium that had wonderful western sunlight and a view of the lake that was a showstopper.
Today it is a joy to say that they are grinning from ear to ear as I sold their condo in 66 days to a couple ready to have some fun in the sun!
Now the search is on for a single-family home with a pool for Larry and Paula to spread out with the grandkids. The beach and shopping requirements are still on the list but have dropped a few notches given that the extended family is growing. Stay Tuned!
