This meeting is designed to gain a solid understanding of your interests and objectives, as well as familiarize you with areas of Naples that match your personal and investment goals. We may also introduce additional professional resources who can provide guidance on other matters such as financial, accounting and legal issues.


Once we establish your requirements, we will begin exploring options in the Naples real estate market. We select properties from listings available from every estate agent and developer in Naples, as well as from private sources specific to the requirements outlined in the initial consultation. Suitable properties will be previewed by our consultants, eliminating options that may not be acceptable and saving our clients valuable time.

Property Tour

We then arrange visits to each of the pre-selected properties. Information on the local area, amenities and prices will be discussed. Once a suitable property has been identified, we provide a market analysis of the corresponding neighborhood and advise on local market condition and recent sales.
